Turn around Times
One color jobs will ship out the next business day if your online order is placed by 2:00 CST. Multicolored jobs are three production days. All orders placed after 2:00 CST will go on the next business day. For example if you place an order for a multicolored job on a Thursday before 2:00 p.m CST, your order will ship out no later than the next Tuesday. If you place an online order for a 1 color job on a Thursday by 2:00 CST, your order will ship out Friday . All orders are shipped via UPS. Upon checkout you will have the options of shipment times. All orders, upon production completion, will have a UPS tracking number that will be automatically sent to your registered email address. You can also login to your account and track your orders progress through our Dashboard. Please visit www.ups.com to track your package using your UPS tracking number. Our product pages contain a UPS zone map that shows ground time in transit.
Payments Methods & Policies
We accept payments in the form of Visa, MasterCard and Paypal only.
We do not accept Money Orders or any other forms of payment other than listed above.
We do not ship orders COD.
We do not offer credit terms or Net 30 credit accounts.
We are not responsible for delays in order processing due to declined credit cards or order put on hold due to incorrect artwork submissions.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
Your acceptance of this sales contract prohibits you from taking any action that negatively impacts Semo Imprints LLC.
Missouri residents will be charged Sales Tax in the amount of 7.225%. If you wish to be exempt from Missouri taxes, you must complete a Certificate of Exemption and mail it to us. We will keep it on file.
Shipping and Handling Policy
All orders are shipped via UPS. We are closed on weekends and holidays and do not ship during these times. Local customers may save shipping costs by picking up orders. Order pickup is by appointment only giving at least 24 hours notice. Orders are downloaded several times a day.
Minimum shipping rates are charged at the time your order is placed and will reflect in your shopping cart during checkout. We highly recommend maximizing shipping costs by consolidating as many items as possible into one order. Please remember: once you place an order, it cannot be changed and we will not combine your orders & invoices for you. This is just one way Semo Imprints strives to keep most order processing and turnaround times. Semo Imprints reserves the right to make the best judgments on shipping boxes (sizes and numbers) as well as packaging materials – we make every effort we can to recycle, reduce, and be environmentally conscious. If we are able to consolidate your box(es) internally we will do so but cannot accommodate special requests.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. Any additions to your order will be treated as a new order and shipped separately.
We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays. Do not count these days towards your total ship time. Point of departure is Missouri.
Again, we utilize UPS exclusively for all orders. Please do not ask for your order to be made an exception or request a special favor for USPS shipping. We cannot and will not accommodate these requests. We do not ship UPS Collect or UPS Third Party. Please understand all ordering and shipping procedures before you place your order. You will receive an email with your shipment tracking number as soon as your package leaves us. This email will give you an estimated delivery date.
NOTE: ADDITIONAL UPS FEES
When you place an order, please be very careful to list your complete shipping address and take time to verify that it is correct. This can save you money and get your order to you more quickly. If you are having a package shipped to your place of business/work, please be sure to list the company name in the Delivery address info so that we may ship TO you in care of your company/business.
We can only ship to the address we are given. If we ship to the address you list and the package is returned to us, you are responsible for any additional shipping charges plus the cost to reship to you again. If you list an incorrect address and UPS does an address correction, they charge an address correction fee. The minimum fee charged for an address change is $15.00, but can be higher depending on the change of the address. You are responsible for this fee if it is a result of an error you made when entering your address/shipping information OR if you contact UPS and ask that the package be delivered elsewhere.
If you don’t list your address with the appropriate apartment number, suite number, mobile home lot #, floor number, etc., UPS will charge the aforementioned address correction fee.
For all of the above reasons, please take a moment to double check your address and be sure to list whether your address is a STREET, AVENUE, LANE, CIRCLE, COURT, BLVD, etc. It can make a difference!
Any and all fees incurred as a result of your order and its shipping must be paid before future orders can be filled.
RETURN POLICY
Returns must be made within 30 days. We keep a sample from every order for thirty days. We keep this copy in case you need help printing your transfers. If there is a problem with your online order we will send a UPS call tag for the incorrect order and inspect the returned transfers. We will issue a refund or reprints if the prints were faulty. We will not issue a refund or reprints if your order is correct. We will not issue a full refund if you returned a partial order. Semo Imprints is not responsible for our prints once it is printed on a garment. Once you print on the garment it is no longer our product, it is yours. You MUST inspect your garment for proper adherence, registration, etc.!!!! Your order will normally contain extra prints so you can test. We will refund the amount for the quantity sent back to us. We will not refund an order for ganged transfers if you send us back cut up sheets. We will not issue refunds if there is an error because your artwork did not meet our online artwork guidelines. The artwork guidelines are on our website to help you receive a quality transfer. Our Turnaround times are located online. We have provided a UPS zone map so you can see the estimated delivery time. We will issue a refund if your transfers were not completed within our promised online turnaround time. We are not responsible for the delivery time. We will not issue a refund if your transfers do not arrive in the time promised by UPS. Please call 1-800-PICKUPS if you did not receive your transfers on schedule.
